These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between You and the operator of the Website (“We”, “Us” or “Our”). They govern Your access to and use of the Sara777 website at boss777.cloud (including its copy at boss777.cloud/play), which describes the Sara777 app on Google Play (the “Website”). Please read them carefully. By using the Website You confirm that You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by Our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Definitions

“Website” means https://boss777.cloud, including its copy at https://boss777.cloud/play/. “App” means the Sara777 Android app available on Google Play. “Device” means any computer, phone or tablet You use to access the Website or the App. “Play-coins” means the free in-app coins, points and similar items in the App. “You” means the individual using the Website, or the legal entity on whose behalf that individual uses it. Other capitalised terms, such as “Personal Data”, have the meanings given in Our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in Your country if higher, to use the Website or the App.
• You must be legally permitted to use them where You are located. You are responsible for checking and complying with the laws that apply to You.
• We may block or restrict access to the Website if We have reason to believe You are under 18 or are not eligible to use it.

3. About the Website and the App

The Website provides information about the App, this policy and these Terms, and links to the App on Google Play. It lets You read about the App; it is not where the App is played.

Sara777 is a free number guessing game for Android, played with Play-coins. Sara777 is an online simulated gambling-style game intended solely for entertainment purposes. This game does not offer real money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or prizes. It does not let You place bets or stakes of real money, and it does not pay out money or prizes. It is not a gambling service. Nothing about how You do in the App guarantees, predicts or implies success at real-money gambling.

The App is downloaded from Google Play and is used under the terms shown on its listing and in its own privacy policy. These Terms govern Your use of the Website.

4. Play-coins

• Play-coins are provided for entertainment only. They have no cash or real-world value, are not property, and cannot be redeemed, cashed out, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services.
• Play-coins do not give You a right, or a chance, to win any money or prize of monetary value.
• The App is visually and functionally distinct from any real-money gambling product, and neither the Website nor the App links to, advertises or directs You to any real-money gambling website, application or registration page.
• Neither the Website nor the App offers purchases. If that ever changes, these Terms and Our Privacy Policy will be updated first.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website or the App if You are under 18, or use them for any unlawful purpose;
• use the Website to organise, promote, advertise or take part in real-money gambling, betting or wagering, or to direct any person to a gambling site, application or registration page;
• sell, buy or trade Play-coins, or any progress in the App, for money or anything of value;
• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Website, except as the law allows;
• interfere with or disrupt the Website, its servers or networks, or try to gain unauthorised access to them;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Website, or use it to send spam or malicious code; or
• impersonate any person, or misrepresent Your affiliation with any person or organisation.

6. Links and third-party services

The Website links to the App’s listing on Google Play, to the App’s own privacy policy, to Our own policy pages and to the official Tele-MANAS helpline website. It also uses the Google tag and the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not own or control Google Play or the other sites and services We link to, and We are not responsible for their content or practices. Downloading the App from Google Play is subject to Google’s own terms. We do not link to real-money gambling sites.

7. Intellectual property

The Website, including its design, text and graphics, is owned by Us or Our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Sara777 name, logo, app icon and screenshots shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used here to describe the App. Subject to these Terms, We grant You a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Website for Your own non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Sara777 is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google LLC or any other platform operator.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data We handle through the Website and how We use, share, retain and protect it, and where to find the App’s own privacy policy. By using the Website You acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and suspension

• You may stop using the Website at any time.
• We do not promise that the Website will always be available, and We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
• We may block or suspend Your access, with or without notice, if You breach these Terms, if We reasonably suspect You are under 18 or are using the Website unlawfully, or if We are required to by law, a regulator or a platform.
• If Your access ends, Your licence to use the Website ends. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right You have under law that cannot be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We, Our affiliates, partners, employees and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to Your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Because the Website is free, where liability cannot be excluded Our total liability to You for any claim is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Us and Our affiliates, officers, employees and service providers from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your breach of these Terms, Your misuse of the Website, or Your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Responsible use

14. Legal compliance

Continued use of the Website after changes take effect means You accept the updated Terms. If You do not agree, stop using the Website.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights You may have, the competent courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website. Before starting formal proceedings, You agree to first contact Us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

17. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between You and Us about the Website.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without Our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale of assets or reorganisation.
• Electronic form. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.
