This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when You visit the Sara777 website at boss777.cloud (including its copy at boss777.cloud/play), how We use and protect it, and what rights You have. The website is a landing page for the Sara777 app on Google Play. It is designed to collect very little. How the app itself handles information is described in the app’s own privacy policy (see section 6).
Important notices
- Age restriction (18+). The Website and the App are intended only for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in Your country, if higher). If You are under 18, do not use them.
- No real-money gambling or prizes. Sara777 is an online simulated gambling-style game intended solely for entertainment purposes. This game does not offer real money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or prizes.
- No account on this website. You do not need to register, and the website has no forms. We collect only what is described below.
- No links to gambling. The website does not link to, advertise or direct anyone to any real-money gambling website, application or registration page.
1. Interpretation and definitions
Words with a capital first letter have the meanings below, whether singular or plural.
- “We”, “Us”, “Our”
- The operator of the Website, which decides why and how Personal Data is processed through it and is the “Data Fiduciary” for the Website under Indian law.
- Website
- The website at https://boss777.cloud, including its copy at https://boss777.cloud/play/, this policy and the Terms and Conditions.
- App
- The Sara777 Android app available on Google Play. The App is a separate product from the Website; see section 6.
- Device
- Any device that can access the Website, such as a computer, mobile phone or tablet.
- Personal Data
- Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Usage Data
- Technical data collected automatically when the Website is used (for example, the IP address and the pages requested).
- Service Provider
- Any person or company that processes data on Our behalf, such as hosting or network-security providers.
- You
- The individual using the Website, or the entity on whose behalf that individual uses it.
2. Information We collect
2.1 Usage Data collected by Our servers
The Website has no forms and asks for no personal details. Like any website, the servers that deliver the Website (and the content-delivery and security providers in front of them, for example Cloudflare) automatically receive and may log technical information about each request: Your IP address, browser type and version, Device and operating-system type, the pages or files requested, the date and time, the referring page, and the response status. We use it only to run, secure and troubleshoot the Website.
2.2 Cookies and similar technologies
The Website uses the Google tag and the Meta Pixel, which can set cookies and similar identifiers on Your Device to measure how Our advertising performs (see section 5). Apart from that, We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and the Website contains no social-media or third-party font scripts. Our security or network providers may set strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the Website from abuse. Most browsers let You block or delete cookies; doing so does not stop You reading the Website.
3. How We use information
- To provide, maintain and secure the Website, and to detect and prevent misuse and attacks.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- To understand and fix technical problems, using Usage Data in aggregate where possible.
- To measure and improve the performance of Our advertising for the App (section 5).
We will not use any information to market, advertise or direct You to any real-money gambling product or service. We do not sell Your Personal Data, and We do not make decisions about You by automated profiling.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We share information only in these situations:
- With Service Providers that host the Website, or deliver and protect it on the internet, and only as needed for those purposes.
- With Google, through the Google tag, as described in section 5.
- With Meta Platforms, Inc., through the Meta Pixel, as described in section 5.
- To comply with the law, for example in response to a valid request from a court or public authority, or where We believe in good faith it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Us, Our users or the public, or to prevent or investigate wrongdoing.
- In a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We would tell You before Your Personal Data became subject to a different privacy policy.
- With Your consent, for any other purpose.
We do not share Personal Data with any real-money gambling operator, or with anyone for the purpose of promoting gambling.
5. Advertising and analytics
The Website uses the Google tag, a service of Google, to measure the performance of Our advertising on Google Ads, for example how many visitors arrive from an advertisement and go on to Google Play. When You visit the Website the tag can set cookies and send Google information such as Your IP address, browser and Device type, the pages You view, the referring page, and an advertisement-click identifier. Google processes this information under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalisation in Your Google ad settings, and You can block or delete cookies in Your browser. We use this information only to measure and improve advertising performance, and not to build profiles to promote real-money gambling, which the Website never does.
The Website also uses the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms, Inc., to count visits and to measure and improve how We reach people on Facebook and Instagram. When You open a page, Your browser contacts Meta, which may receive Your IP address, browser and Device information, the page visited, the referring page, and an identifier stored in a cookie. Meta processes this under its own privacy policy. You can block it with your browser's tracking-protection or cookie settings or an extension, and manage ad preferences in Your Facebook or Instagram settings. The Meta Pixel is not part of the App. We use this information only to measure and improve advertising performance, and not to promote real-money gambling.
We will update this policy first, and obtain any consent the law requires, if We add other advertising or analytics services. Any advertising will comply with the rules of the platforms concerned and will not promote real-money gambling.
6. The Sara777 app
This policy covers the Website only. The App is distributed through Google Play and has its own privacy policy, linked from its Google Play listing: Sara777 app privacy policy. Please read it before installing the App.
As that policy states (checked September 29, 2026): the App does not require an account, sign-in or registration, and it does not collect Your name, email address, phone number, location, photos or contacts. It collects a device ID and the Google Advertising ID automatically, for advertising and for analytics, and it deletes that data after 90 days of Your last activity in the App. You can limit ad tracking from Your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads). The App’s Google Play listing also shows its Data safety details. If the App’s policy and this section ever differ, the App’s own policy governs the App.
7. Retention
We keep Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as the law requires. The periods below are maximums; where possible We keep data for less time or make it anonymous.
- Server logs (IP address, access time and similar): up to 24 months, for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Google tag data: held by Google for the periods set in Our Google account settings and Google’s own policies.
We may keep data for longer where a law requires it, where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or where it sits in backups scheduled for routine deletion. When a retention period ends We delete or anonymise the data.
8. Where information is processed
Information is processed in India and in other places where Our Service Providers operate, which can include countries outside India. Where the law requires, We make sure such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, and We take reasonable steps to treat Your data securely and in line with this policy.
9. Your rights
As provided by applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, You have the right to:
- ask for a summary of the Personal Data We hold about You and how it is used;
- ask Us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask Us to erase it, unless We must keep it for a legal reason;
- withdraw any consent You have given, at any time;
- raise a question or grievance (see section 15); and
- nominate another person to exercise Your rights if You die or become unable to do so.
To exercise a right, use the contact route in section 15. We may need to confirm Your identity first. We may keep certain information where We have a legal obligation or other lawful basis to do so. For information handled by the App, follow the contact details in the App’s own privacy policy.
10. Security
The Website is delivered over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the small amount of information We hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so We cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Age restriction and children
The Website and the App are intended only for people aged 18 or over. They are not directed at anyone younger, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If You are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent Us Personal Data, please raise it through the contact route in section 15 and it will be deleted promptly.
12. Responsible use
Please use the App responsibly. If You feel that gambling of any kind is affecting You or someone You know, please seek help from a qualified support organisation in Your country. Free helplines in India and tips for healthy play are listed on Our Responsible Gaming and Help page.
13. Links to other websites
The Website links to the App’s listing on Google Play, to the App’s own privacy policy, and to Our own policy pages, and it lists the official Tele-MANAS helpline website. We do not link to real-money gambling sites. Websites and services We do not operate, including Google Play, are not controlled by Us and this policy does not apply to them, so please read their own privacy policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and where the law requires We will give You additional notice. Changes take effect when they are posted, so please review this page from time to time.
